Our founders, who have worn various hats in the healthcare sector, from Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to program coordinators and program managers, intimately understand the challenges and rewards of caring for the health and well-being of others. Their personal experiences have fueled our mission to create opportunities for immigrants and individuals from diverse backgrounds to thrive in the healthcare field.
